Quit Smoking in 1 Hour

Hypnosis Makes It Easy!

How does hypnosis help me to kick the smoking
habit?
Because smoking is a habit, it is controlled by
the unconscious mind. Since hypnosis and NLP work
directly with the unconscious, this is the only method
that makes sense! We can help you effortlessly transition
into the healthy lifestyle of a happy non-smoker.

IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO STOP SMOKING

BENEFITS OF QUITING SMOKING

Within 20 minutes of smoking that last cigarette, the body begins a series of changes that continues for years.
20 minutes - Blood pressure & pulse rate come down slightly and body temperature of hands and feet increases.
After 2 hours - the nicotine is out of your system.
24 Hours - Carbon monoxide level in the blood returns to normal. Oxygen level in the blood increases to normal. Your lungs work more efficiently.
48 Hours - Nerve endings start regrowing.  Ability to taste and smell is enhanced.
2 Weeks to 3 Months - Circulation improves.  Walking becomes easier.  Lung function increases up to 30%. Your tastebuds come alive and your sense of smell returns.
1 to 9 Months - Coughing, sinus congestion, fatigue, and shortness of breath decreases. Cilia regrow in lungs, increasing ability to handle mucus, clean the lungs, and reduce infection.  Body's overall energy increases. Both sexes become more fertile.
1 Year - Excess risk of sudden death from heart attack is down to almost half that of smokers.
5 Years - The risk of heart attack is now almost the same as for a non-smoker. Lung cancer death rate for average smoker (one pack a day) decreases by almost half.
5 to 15 years after quitting - stroke risk is reduced to that of a nonsmoker.
10 Years - Lung cancer death rate similar to that of nonsmokers.  Risk of cancer of the mouth, throat, esophagus, bladder, kidney and pancreas decreases.

Henry Ford once said: If you believe you can, or if you believe you cannot, either way, you're right.

So when you give up smoking you will be feeling healthier, saving money, improving your fitness, have fewer coughs and colds, not smell of tobacco smoke, reduce risk of cancer and heart disease, be an example to children and cease polluting the air and will no longer feel an outcast while finding a place to smoke out in the street in the cold, heat, wind and rain.

Not only can Smoking rob you of your Health it can also rob you of your Wealth  - Taking an average smoker say smoking 20 cigarettes per day spending approx $10 per day that is $3650 per year up in smoke, in 4 years you will have spent $14,600, and in 10 years a whopping $36,500 paying for those cancer sticks - everyone a nail in your coffin. Are you going to let the tobacco companies and the government rob you of your health and wealth and indirectly of your happiness "No Way".  You could be putting this money away for your next holiday or towards a new car or your children's education.

How does Hypnosis work?
Though we only have one mind, our mind is made up of two parts. We have a conscious part which consists of about 10% of our thinking power and an unconscious part which consists of about 90% of our thinking power.  It is kind of like an iceberg: only a small portion of the iceberg is above the water (our conscious mind) while the great majority of the iceberg is below the surface of the water (unconscious mind).

The conscious mind is the logical part of our mind, we make decisions, think, and act with our conscious mind. The unconscious mind has two purposes. It controls our breathing, pulse rate, blood pressure, heart beat, etc. and it seeks to meet our deepest needs, expectations and desires. The unconscious mind controls our habits. For instance, if a person wants to stop smoking, the conscious mind says "stop smoking", but the unconscious says, "How are you going to make it through the day without a cigarette?" If 10% of your mind is telling you to stop, and 90% is telling you to pick up another cigarette, what happens is you light a cigarette. Anything that we have developed into a habit, the unconscious mind believes we need to continue that habit for our well-being. That is why it is so hard to stop smoking or overcome other problems by conscious decision alone. In the relaxed state known as hypnosis, we can communicate directly with the unconscious mind.  This is why it is so quick and easy to change habits of a lifetime with hypnosis.

So, what are you really imagining, or where are you really focusing, when you say, don’t smoke that cigarette, that’s right you’re, imagining smoking that cigarette, and that’s why, the more you try to not smoke that cigarette, the more you want to smoke it.  And the reason why Hypnosis is so powerful, is because, you don’t have to try over, and over again to feel a certain way, over and over again to think a certain way, or behave a certain way, hypnosis makes it instantaneous, it makes it easy, it makes automatic, and it makes it effortless, because, it gives you the ability, to communicate with your unconscious mind, that special place where all habits are kept.

Now, here are the facts, surveys have found that smokers quit for 3 main reasons. To save money, save time, and perhaps most importantly to save their health, before it’s too late. You see, we believe that health comes first, because if you don’t have health, how can you enjoy all the extra money you are going to save, or the extra time that you will now have available.

The reality of it is, cigarettes kill. Half the smokers die between 35 & 69, it has been estimated that tobacco kills more than aids, legal drugs, illegal drugs, road accidents, murders and suicides combined. Of everyone alive in the world today, 500 million people will be killed by tobacco. On average men who smoke, cut there life short by 13.2 years and female smokers loose 14.5 years.  And, if you smoke, think about this, smokers in their 30’s and 40’s, have five times the amount of heart attacks, as non-smokers in the same age group, and we haven’t even mentioned emphysema or cancer. Now, the good news is that, after you kick the habit, most of the time, you can reverse the damage you have done relatively quickly. Remember that quitting cigarettes has an immediate and long-term benefit. Remember also, that by quitting cigarettes today, the new non-smoker can be assured of a healthier tomorrow.

And it’s never too late to quit, even quitting cigarettes at age 65, reduces by nearly 50%, your risk of dying of a smoking related disease. Ok then, so, enough about health.

What about time. Saving time. You are probably wondering “How do you save time by not smoking”, well in fact you save time in a variety of ways.

Let’s just say you smoke 2 packets a day, a smoker who smokes 2 packets a day, spends 1 million 463 thousand minutes smoking. That is over 24,000 hours, or a 1000 days, or 2 ¾ years, every 20 years, so, over a lifetime, that is about 7 years, 7 years of wasted time, just like a 7 year jail sentence, your a slave to smoking.

Another way to save time, is that, on average a person who stops smoking adds 13 to 14 years to his life, that is 13 additional healthy years that you can actually enjoy, instead of wasting them.  So add those 13 or 14 years to the 7 years of time you will be saving, and that is 20 years you are adding to your life, 20 years of health and fitness, 20 years of freedom.

Let’s see how you cannot only save money, but why quitting cigarettes is the best investment you will ever make. The average smoker blows out in smoke, a whopping $800,000 dollars in his lifetime, did you know that putting $5 aside a day, after 43 years, equals a million dollars.  So if you quit cigarettes, you will save 1000’s of dollars a year, and the question is, what will you do with all this extra money? Get into a nicer house, buy a new car, take a beautiful holiday to an exotic place, invest, retire early, it's just like getting a huge pay increase for the rest of your life.

So, with the money you will save by not smoking, you will pay for your hypnosis session within one month, and after that, all the extra money goes in your pocket, how good is that.

Are there any other alternatives for smokers. Yes there are, and one of these alternatives is nicotine replacement, you know the sprays, gum, inhalers and patches, but you know they have a lot of unpleasant side effects, and not only that they don’t even work. You see several studies indicate that Nicotine replacement patches only had a 5% to 6% better rate of success than the control group, now why would anyone spend all that money with such a low success rate. And the other alternative, of course, is drugs, you know, prescription type medications, and in reality the ones prescribed for anti-smoking are actually anti-depressants and several studies indicate they are not anymore effective than placebos. And for those who are able to give up smoking with prescription drugs, half of them will start smoking again within a year. And there is a huge list of side affects, not only that, but the prescription costs alone are $200 a month. So, why spend the money and risk the side affects.  Why take a drug or a nicotine replacement when you don’t have to.

Now is the time to give up cigarettes, and become a non-smoker and a fresh air breathing person for the rest of your life.

The one question we would ask you is "What is the reason you want to give up smoking?"  When we know the answer to this then we can tell you if we are prepared to go ahead with a session for you. What Is Hypnosis

Hypnosis is possibly as old as mankind.  The old myths and misconceptions about hypnosis have given way to proven, scientifically sound applications.   Today, the use of hypnosis is seen in a variety of fields, including: medicine, dentistry, law enforcement, professional sports, and education.

Most people have a limited understanding of the positive results that can be achieved in a professionally controlled session.  We would like to dispel some of the myths and answer the most frequently asked questions about hypnosis.

How does hypnosis work?
Our minds work on two levels - the conscious and the unconscious.  We make decisions, think, and act with our conscious mind.  The unconscious mind controls our habits.  In the relaxed state known as hypnosis, we can communicate directly with the unconscious mind.  This is why it is so quick and easy to change the habits of a lifetime with hypnosis.

Will hypnosis work for me?
Generally speaking, every normal person is “hypnotisable”.  That is, people with an IQ of at least 70, and no severe mental disorders.  Therefore, virtually anyone can achieve successful results using hypnosis. To achieve the results you want from hypnosis it is best to approach the session with an open mind.

How will I know if I am hypnotised?
Most people cannot tell the difference between the hypnotised and the waking states.  Some people feel relaxed and a little sleepy, others feel a lightness.  One thing that people do notice is an inexplicable change for the better in their daily behaviours.

Is hypnosis safe?
Hypnosis is completely safe.  You are aware and in control at every moment and can terminate the session at any time.  Hypnosis is not sleep, nor can you get “stuck” in a state of hypnosis.  You cannot be made to do something against your will.  When you are under hypnosis you will hear everything, you will be in total control and you will not do anything that you don’t want to do.  You will feel relaxed and yet focused.  You won’t feel unconscious, asleep, anesthetised or in any other way unaware. Hypnosis is safe, relaxing, and an enjoyable experience.

How does hypnosis help you to kick the smoking habit?
Because smoking is a habit, it is controlled by the unconscious mind.  Since hypnosis and NLP work directly with the unconscious, this is the only method that makes sense!  We can help you to effortlessly transition into the healthy lifestyle of a happy non-smoker.
