The Way of Cartouche Cards by Murry Hope - Sorry this product out of stock
The Way Of Cartouche, by Murry Hope An Oracle of Ancient Egyptian Magic An excellent tool for getting in touch with yourself..., I have used various kinds of divinatory cards for almost 30 years now, and these are the ones I turn to the most when I need to ask my subconcious a question. These cards, as Tarot cards, are tools we use to tap into the depths of ourselves in order to see where we are going, why we are where we are, or what we will do in regards to certain situations.
All people have the ability to "know their future", it's simply a matter of tuning into the knowledge we all have buried within us. Cartouche cards are tools we can use to access this information and use it to better our own lives. I like the archetypes provided by Hope. They are useful and resonate, can't ask more than that!

This is a book that many Reiki folks have been waiting for: a clear explanation of the current Reiki practice in Japan, and a clear explanation of Mr. Doi's synthesis of the Eastern and Western techniques. He explains the difference between the two approaches to Reiki, dispells legendary myths, reveals 13 strong Japanese reiki practices NOT taught by Western Usui approaches, practices that increase the ability of the body to funnel, store, use and transmit Reiki. Includes the history of Japanese and Western Reiki and describes each, talks about the truth known about Usui, specifically dispells the usual myths (Minister, college instructor, Tibetan Monastary studies, etc)... and even includes 23 pages of reference material...with class outlines and teaching goals for all levels...this final section alone is worth the price of the book to a Reiki Master. 13 chapters include new Self Empowerment, Self Growth & Self Cleansing techniques, and many more. All in all, a book that will start you afresh in the assumption and applicatoin of this marvelous Spiritual practice. Explains everything but the attunement processes involved and the specific symbols themselves...and his explanations on the concept and uses of Symbols will be revolutionary to some. Into Reiki? You'll want this book for its new insights, its new Reiki practices, and its new information.
Mike Shaw is the former Director of Education for the New South Wales Ambulance Service. He was a member of the Service’s Executive Committee, Medical Advisory Committee and he has served on Government Committees of Inquiry. In recent years Mike has focused on the research and treatment of disease, in particular cancer, using non-invasive and non-toxic methods.
Mike equates cancer to a Tiger, both ready to strike with deadly force, but as Mike demonstrates the Tiger can be calmed and stilled and he believes so can cancer.
Although at times amusing, this book may shock or anger you, however, its main purpose is to enlighten you to the possibilities that are available to anyone who wishes to take a proactive approach to their disease.
This book looks at the perceived ineffectiveness of current conventional approaches to the treatment of cancer through the eyes of doctors and the safer more effective methods that are available. You Can Heal Your Life by Louise L Hay. Dr Hay's key message: "If we are willing to do the mental work, almost anything can be healed." The author has a great deal of experience and first-hand information to share about healing - including how she cured herself after having been diagnosed as being terminally ill with cancer. In her frequent lectures, workshops and guest appearances in the media, Dr Hay offers practical steps for dissolving both the fears and the causations of diseases. As a metaphysical counsellor, she devotes her life to assisting others in discovering and using the full potential of their own creative powers. Her students are able to clear away the blocks that keep them from robust health and from having what they want in life.
Reiki Universal Life Energy by Bodo J Baginski & Shalila Sharamon. While the roots of Reiki reach far back into the ancient origins of natural healing, the method presented here has been rediscovered in modern times and is now well on the way to becoming a widely practiced form of folk medicine. More and more practitioners, therapists and healers are making Reiki part of their therapeutic program, or are practicing this method exclusively; but above all, Reiki is being used by more and more nonprofessionals as a most effective means of promoting health and well-being.
No one can claim a monoploy on Reiki, because Reiki is described as the energy which forms the basis of all life. With the help of specific methods, anyone can learn to awaken and activate this universal life energy so that healing and harmonising energy flows through the hands. Reiki is healing energy in the truest sense of the word, leading to greater individual harmony and attunement to the basic forces of the universe. Provides a wealth of useful hints and instructions on the practice of Reiki.
Reiki Fire By Frank Petter This is one of the best books on Reiki I have read. Some past reviewers have given negative reviews for reasons that are not true. Recent research has dispelled the traditional history Takata spread about Usui being a Christian and other myths. Frank Arjava Petter was one of the forerunners in seeking the true historical background behind Reiki. This book gives an authentic portrayal of Reiki, its history, and its healing capabilities. Useful techniques are given beyond the average Reiki book. While Reiki is not Qigong per say, it resembles it in many ways and indeed could be termed a "lazy man's Qigong" as the author states. This is one of the most real authors I have ever read on Reiki who says it like it is. He shows himself to be as human as the rest of us and ever striving in spiritual aspiration. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves Reiki and as a perfect supplement for those starting with this wonderful healing modality. Coming from a skeptic, Reiki does work and this book will add much richness to your Reiki experience.

Hands of Light - A Guide to Healing Through the Human Energy Field - by Barbara Ann Brennan. With the clarity of a physicist and the compassion of a gifted healer with fifteen years of professional experience. Barbara Ann Brennan presents the first in-depth study of the human energy field for people who seek happiness, health and their full potential.
Our physical bodies exist within a larger 'body", a human energy field or aura, which is the vehicle through which we create our experience of reality, including health and illness. It is through this energy field that we have the power to heal ourselves. This energy body - only recently verified by scientists, but long known to healers and mystics - is the starting point of an illness. Here, our most powerful and profound human interactions take place, the precursor and healer of all physiological and emotional disturbances.
It offers: a new paradigm for the human in health, relationships and disease; an understanding of how the human energy field looks, functions, is disturbed, healed and interacts with friends and lovers; training in the ability to see and interpret auras; medically verified case studies of healing people from all walks of life with a variety of illnesses; guidelines for healing the self and others.
Light Emerging - The Journey of Personal Healing - by Barbara Ann Brennan. In this book she continues her ground-breaking exploration of the human energy field, or aura - the source of our experience of health or illness. Drawing on many new developments in her teaching and practice, she shows how we can be empowered as both healees and healers to understand and work with our most fundamental healing power; the light that emerges from the very centre of our humanity. In a unique approach that incourages a cooperative effort among healer, healee, and other health-care providers, Light Emerging explains what the healer perceives visually, audibly, and kinesthetically and how each of us can participate in every stage of the healing process.

Anatomy of the Spirit by Caroline Myss. What sets Anatomy of the Spirit apart is Caroline Myss's ability to blend diverse religious and spiritual beliefs into a succinct discussion of health and human anatomy. For example, when describing the seven energy fields of the human body, she fuses Christian sacraments with Hindu chakras and the Kabbalah's Tree of Life. Fortunately, Myss is a skilled writer as well as researcher, able to ground her extensive spiritual and religious discussions by using real-life stories and a tight writing style. Those who are squeamish with the notion of biography affecting biology will find this book a struggle (in one chapter, Myss links pancreatic cancer with a man's refusal to unburden his life and start fulfilling his dreams). Many, however, hail Myss for creating a valuable contribution to the ongoing exploration of spirituality and health.
Wheels of Life by Adonea Judith. A beautifully written book! Written assuming that you are intelligent, and contains useful information which is not "psychobabble." This book also contains meditations and other spiritual writings. It is a must for anyone interested in chakra's, colour, meditation, or who is seeking a more alternate spiritual awareness.
Mastering the Tarot : by Paul Fenton-Smith. It was a long wait for me, after reading Fenton-Smiths first book The Tarot Revealed. Mastering The Tarot offers a clear and simple approach to tarot reading without all the confusing mystical bits. It's filled with information you'll use in an actual reading. It also has a list of all the questions you'll ever want to ask in your next tarot reading and this alone is worth the price of the book.
Drawing upon real life readings, it is filled with interesting and often humorous examples of
what happens during a reading. It also provides useful tips on becoming professional, cleansing your workplace and a set of guidelines for practising Tarot readers.
The chapter 'Stranger Than Fiction' had me laughing out loud as I could relate to some of the
bizarre readings detailed there.

Reiki: The Healing Touch by William L Rand William Lee Rand has managed to write a Reiki book that is both spiritual and practical. His reference to the source of Reiki and the higher power, the need for compassion and it's relationship to healing helps us remember the real purpose of healing. At the sametime, it is a very practical and down to earth Reiki book. He has done research in Japan and also taken classes from Japanese Reiki masters so that his Reiki information is based on facts and on original information from Japan, rather than second hand information that has wandered from the original intent of Reiki. He also includes all the hand positions for both self and others and important information on the Japanese Reiki Techniques that were taught by Dr Usui and the Hayashi Healing Guide which are really necessary if one is to understand how Dr Usui practiced Reiki. He has also provide very helpful information on developing your Reiki practice and becoming a Reiki master which I have found useful in getting my practice started. It also includes some of the best information on the Reiki symbols I have found. This book is one of the clearest and easist to understand of all the Reiki books I have read. I truely feel that he comes from the heart and has done his best to create a very helpful and informative Reiki manual.
All Love By Diane Shewmaker When I opened the book and began to read about Seichim, an Energy System I have been looking for more information on, I was delighted with the material. I felt it was well written, straight forward and very helpful for practitioners and anyone who is interested in Seichim. It was as if I were in a class with Diane. I feel that anyone who is interested in working with energy will find the book very helpful. I do not know Diane and I have never taken a class with her or Patrick Zeigler, but I am looking forward to taking a class from her very soon. Enjoy, the book is a Jewel.

He shares insights received from within on issues like self-realization, wholeness, the ego and the raising of consciousness individually and worldwide, also proposing ways in which the reader may write their own textbook through similar dialogues with the divine within.
